The website Quartz put together a four-question quiz to determine the likelihood of your relationship to end. They used data from over 2,500 couples to create a formula based on just four pieces of information: the length of your relationship, if you’re married, your income, and your personal rating (poor to excellent) of the health of the relationship.
For example, I’ve been with my husband for 8 years, I rated our relationship as “excellent,” but it generated a 15% chance of us breaking up in the next 5 years.
However, someone married over 15 years, with a “good” relationship and makes more than $75,000 a year, there’s a 5% chance they will break up in the next 5 years.
Hmmm… is money the variable here?
