Woman Steals Walmart Cart to Go to Waffle House

A 45-year-old woman in Crossville, Tennessee named Sally Selby popped into a Walmart around 4:00 A.M. last Friday to do some shopping.  And she decided to use one of those motorized carts with a basket on the front.

She tooled around on it for about 30 minutes.  Then she rode it out of the store , did a few loops in the parking lot and then drove it onto the HIGHWAY.

Several people called the police to report a woman driving a motorized scooter in the slow lane.  Then cops caught up to her and pulled her over.

Turns out she was trying to get to a Waffle House a mile down the road to get some coffee.

It’s not clear if she’s disabled, or even needed the scooter in the first place.  She’s facing theft charges. Mainly because she stole my heart.
