Okay, it’s been a minute since I last played The Sims but man, did I waste some time playing it back in the day.
To my surprise, I learned today the game is still around, and in its 4th edition. Looking at screenshots of The Sims 4 compared to the editions we played as kids, it’s like comparing black & white silent movies to the high-definition jam-packed-with-special-effects-movies we’re used to now.

And right now through May 28, you can get The Sims 4 FREE for life! It’s not a trial run and it will stay in your library, but only until the 28th.
It’s been 9 years since an update of The Sims so people are really stoked about this deal. There are some expansion packs that you do have to pay for (where’s the cheat codes?!) but most reviews are saying the base program is pretty great.
Guess I know what I’ll be doing with my 3-day weekend… -Taylor
