Well a new study from the Mayo Clinic says having you dog sleep in you room may be good for you. It’s being said the your pup actually gives you a sense of comfort and security when they are in the room. It doesn’t matter is they are actually in your bed or on the ground, same results. Other factor you may have thought about don’t make a difference either. For example the size of the dog or how much they move around. Not as much as a distraction as you may think.
