Volbeat has announced that it is rescheduling its U.S. tour, which was scheduled to begin on April 4th, to September and October. The band is “in the process of finalizing dates and details.”

The group said in a statement, “As we are all aware, COVID-19 has forced all of us to make a lot of changes in the last couple of weeks, both at home here in Denmark, in the United States and all over the world. With the safety of our fans, crew and family in mind, the US leg of the Rewind, Replay, Rebound World Tour will be postponed to September and October.”

The band added, “We are still in the process of finalizing dates and details and hope to have all of the info ready to share this coming Friday (March 27th).”

Meanwhile, Fozzy has postponed its own “Save The World” tour, which was originally supposed to run from April 16th through May 9th. The band will now relaunch it on July 10th in Columbus, Ohio, ending on September 5th in Orlando, Florida.

Volbeat is supporting last year's Rewind, Replay, Rebound album, while Fozzy is expected to release the follow-up to 2017's Judas sometime later this year.
