Britney Spears is reminding the public why it’s important to self-isolate during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The 38-year-old took to Instagram to share updated lyrics of her debut single “Hit Me Baby One More Time.”

The graphic includes a caricature of Britney from her 1998 music video from illustrator Patricia Urrutia holding a bottle of Purell, the rewritten lyrics cross out “killing me” in a big red X and instead reads “My loneliness is SAVING ME!” In the right hand corner, she also inserted the hashtag “#STAYHOME” in bold black letters.

“Enough said,” captioned Britney, who also used her post to celebrate World Health Day, adding: “and thank you to all of the healthcare workers tirelessly working to keep us safe during this time !!!!”

Last week, Spears shared another post thanking essential workers amid the crisis, including grocery store clerks, medical professionals, restaurant workers, truck drivers, warehouse and sanitation workers, farmers and “generous neighbors.”

Earlier last month, the singer said that she would be donating supplies to three fans in need as part of the “Do Your Part Challenge” that many celebrities participated in.
