Three brothers in Bolivia wanted to have super-powers like Spider-Man, so they poked a Black Widow spider with a stick until it bit them. The boys – ages 12, 10 and 8 – almost died.
They were rushed to a hospital where they were given anti-venom. It should be noted that a Black Widow’s venom is 15 times stronger than a Rattlesnake’s.
Doctors say they’ll be OK and as far as they can tell, none of them can spin a web.
