A 27-year-old Springfield man was arrested Wednesday on drug charges.Charles T. Rice, of the 900 block of W. Governor Street, was arrested for a Class X felony of Manufacture/Delivery of Controlled Substance.The arrest stems from the execution of a search warrant Wednesday afternoon by the Sangamon County Sheriff’s Office DIRT team.The warrant was obtained after multiple controlled heroin buys from Rice.
