Federal grand jury indicts Rochester man on fraud charges

A federal grand jury in Springfield indicted a Rochester man Thursday on fraud charges for allegedly operating a medical equipment re-seller business that defrauded businesses from various states of more than a quarter of a million dollars.Chase Brown, 20, of the 1000 block of Heathrow Lane, was arrested and charged in a criminal complaint filed in Florida in March.
