AAA estimates we’ll take some 700-million trips this summer, about 15 percent fewer than last year.
Blame the pandemic and money being tight for most. Triple-A expects a lot of last-minute bookings. Orlando and its theme parks won’t be the top destination. It’s now looking like Denver with its outdoor activities is tops, followed by Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Seattle and Phoenix.
