He says America needs to use prayer to restore faith to pursue the “right things,” and build stronger families.
There’s nothing wrong with the message, despite its vague idealism. But what IS surprising is how ORDINARY it is. For better or worse, Kanye is FILLED TO THE BRIM with ambition, passion, creativity, and a huge ego.
And yet, the ad just shows Kanye . . . staring into the distance and clearly reading his lines off a script . . . while we see generic images of flags, outer-space, oceans, families, and people praying.
There are also a few photos of Kanye as a kid, but otherwise, there are just some cheesy graphics, including one at the end that says “Write In Kanye West.”
Kanye is only on the ballot in 12 states. And even if he won ALL those states, he’d only get 84 electoral votes . . . not even close to the 270 that he needs to win. And he isn’t polling higher than 2% in any state.
