Thanksgiving is officially an afterthought. Heck, we might as well cancel it altogether. Because I’m pretty sure we can officially declare the day after Halloween the start of Christmas Season.
Need proof? Here it is: On November 1st, streams of MARIAH CAREY’s “All I Want for Christmas Is You” immediately started surging. On Sunday and Monday, it was streamed 1.14 million times in the U.S.
That’s up 160% from the 715,000 clicks it got on October 30th and 31st. (Billboard)
