A 26-year-old woman named Gertrude Ngoma from the African country Zambia has been dating her 28-year-old boyfriend Herbert Salaliki for eight years.
He’s always promised he would marry her, but here we are eight years in . . . they have a child together . . . but Gertrude still lives at home with her parents and Herbert hasn’t proposed.
So . . . she SUED him.
She told the court she’s tired of waiting . . . plus she’s not sure if Herbert is REALLY ready to get married, since she’s pretty sure she caught him dating another woman.
Unfortunately, the judge told Gertrude there was nothing they could do for her.
