Trying to remove a parking boot from your car is not advised. It’s there for a reason, to prevent you from moving your car.
Apparently this guy didn’t understand the mechanics of the boot. Here he is seen trying to kick the boot off his car, then attempts to giveaway with it on the car. As you can guess — it didn’t work out too well.
