John Mayer Wants His Exes to Write Songs About Him . . . If They’re Good

JOHN MAYER says he’s totally cool with his exes writing songs about him . . . especially if it’s something great.  Quote, “I don’t think it’s a dirty admission.  Sometimes, a song is so good, I go, ‘Man, I hope that’s about me.'”

John also says that he has seen the “Framing Britney Spears” documentary, and he found it heavy.  Quote, “Obviously, there’s a lot to parse on a sociological level.  I almost cried five times during that.”

Finally he’s talking about how he’d like to settle down with a wife and some kids.  (John is 43 now.)
