An Arizona woman found her tire slashed one morning — and a severed finger next to it.
According to the woman, she’s been feuding with a neighbor and they had a fight just the day before. She believes he cut his finger off while vandalizing her car. A trail of blood was going from her driveway to his house.
Police are investigating.
