Florida Man washes up on shore inside inflatable running wheel, like a hamster

Florida Man strikes again! This time in Daytona Beach where a guy washed up on the beach in a home-made, inflatable running wheel (ala hamster wheel). He took it for a literal spin in the ocean and the coast guard he was trying to ‘walk’ north to New York.

Thanks to wind and waves he ended up 30 miles SOUTH of where he started.
