Scrooge, The Grinch named ‘Most Iconic’ Festive film characters

Think back to all the holiday films you’ve ever watched. What character comes to mind first? That was the goal of a recent survey of 2,000 film fans and Ebeneezer Scrooge from A Christmas Carol topped them all. Then again, how many times has A Christmas Carol been done?

Kevin McCallister (Home Alone), Buddy (Elf), The Grinch (How the Grinch Stole Christmas), and John McClane (Die Hard) were the top 5. So in this case Die Hard is, in fact, a Christmas movie.
