Considering his line of work, you’d think this guy would know teenagers aren’t that dependable . . .
Jason Oxentine was a teacher’s aide and athletic director at a middle school in rural North Carolina. I say “was” because he’s not anymore after he did something dumb.
He was at school two Fridays ago and needed to move his truck from the back of the building to the front. But I guess he was too busy, so he asked a MIDDLE SCHOOLER to do it for him.
Thankfully, they’re okay and no one got hurt. But while they were moving his truck, they lost control of it . . . and crashed into three different SCHOOL BUSES.
It doesn’t sound like there were kids on any of them. All of the buses were parked.
Jason got fired for it last week, and also got a ticket for giving his keys to a minor.
The school says it’ll cost around $6,700 to fix the buses, and Jason’s truck is totaled.
