The final songs that Chris Cornell and Soundgarden were working on can FINALLY be released . . . because the band finally settled its legal issues with Cornell’s widow Vicky.
She issued a statement saying, quote, “The two parties are united and coming together to propel, honor and build upon Soundgarden’s incredible legacy as well as Chris’s indelible mark on music history as one of the greatest songwriters and vocalists of all time.”
There are seven songs in question here, and Chris wrote or co-wrote all of them. They are: “Cancer”, “Stone Age Mind”, “Road Less Traveled”, “Orphans”, “At Ophians Door”, “Ahead of the Dog”, and “Merrmas”.
