Springfield, IL – The rides, the concerts, the animals, the food. Yes, some might say the food is the very best part of the Illinois State Fair. But where can you find the best food on the fairgrounds this year? Neuhoff Media and the Illinois Beef Association are excited to make it possible to figure out the answer to that question
Voting begins today for the People’s Choice Award in Golden Abe’s Fantastic Fair Food Contest. You can vote through Thursday, August 15th at Noon.
Other awards in Golden Abe’s Fantastic Fair Food Contest have already been determined. Friday, August 9th a panel of judges tasted foods from across the fairgrounds to determine the overall winner plus winners in the Specialty, Savory, and Sweet categories. See the results here. 104.5 WFMB’s Josh Roberts, Sports Radio 92.3 FM/1450 AM’s Sam Madonia and Sales Manager Diane Williams from Neuhoff Media all helped in judging the event on Friday.
