Jay-Z Accused In Suit Of Raping Minor With Diddy, Calls It “Blackmail”

JAY-Z has dismissed a newly-filed lawsuit alleging he raped a 13-year-old girl in 2000 as a “blackmail” attempt by attorney Tony Buzbee, citing a “terrible error in judgment.” The lawsuit, originally against Sean “Diddy” Combs, was refiled to include JAY-Z as a co-defendant, accusing both musicians of the assault at an MTV afterparty. JAY-Z preempted the lawsuit by filing a legal action against Buzbee for extortion.
