Bruno is a big-hearted, chill pup who’s just looking for a comfy place to call home. Affectionately described as a “chunky monkey” and “meatball” by volunteers, Bruno is the definition of a gentle soul. He’s calm, quiet, and loves nothing more than hanging out with his people—especially if that involves a little sunbathing and some good belly rubs.
While he may not be the fastest dog on the block, Bruno still has his playful moments. In the play yard, he surprised us all with a burst of zoomies after chasing his favorite toy—a clear ball with a colorful one inside. But once playtime was over, he made it clear it was time for rest by trotting to the door and nudging it open, ready for a break.
Bruno would thrive in a quiet home where he can enjoy short spurts of activity followed by lots of relaxing. He does well with other dogs here at the shelter, having a blast while out during playgroups.
