The Artist Spotlight kicked off a new week with Deadlands and their new single, “Limbo.” The song is from the band’s upcoming EP, “Seven” which will be out June 27th. The EP will cover the seven deadly sins.
Here is what lead singer Kasey Karlsen had to share about the track
“‘Limbo’ describes the story of falling in love with someone who is purely using you to satisfy their own desires. The purpose of this song is to focus on the destructive aspects of lust and how it can not only hurt someone else but also lead to self-destruction whether you’re the one with the feelings or not. We’ve all had the experience of wanting to hold onto something that feels so right, even when you know it could end badly.“
