The City of Springfield is launching an online platform to provide a way for residents to ask questions and submit compliments and concerns.
The Community Connection portal will be available on the city website beginning on Monday.
The city said each submission will be reviewed by a dedicated coordinator and directed to the appropriate department for a response within 48 business hours.
Urgent issues such as potholes, streetlight outages and other infrastructure-related problems should still be reported through the website’s Report a Problem tool.
