Chicago Man Charged with First-Degree Murder Arrested in Springfield

A Chicago man charged with first-degree murder for intentionally setting an apartment building on fire in that city last month was arrested in Springfield last week. Chicago Police confirmed that 23-year-old Lontray Clark was arrested on Wednesday in the 2200 block of Yale Boulevard in Springfield. Four people died in the June 26 fire in Chicago’s Austin neighborhood, including a 32-year-old woman who was three months pregnant and her five-year-old son.
