Pritzker Signs Executive Order in Relation to Tariffs

Governor JB Pritzker signed an executive order on Monday directing state agencies to evaluate how tariffs imposed by the Trump Administration will affect Illinois. The order directs assessment of workforce, business, medical, emergency, food assistance, infrastructure and building material areas. The order requires state agencies to come up with plans to mitigate the effects of tariffs within 100 days
