Defense attorneys for Sean Grayson withdrew a previous motion on Friday.
During a scheduled court appearance Grayson’s attorneys withdrew a previous cease and desist order against the Massey Commission, alleging that commission members were tainting the jury pool.
On top of withdrawing the motion Grayson’s attorneys are requesting that a judge allow them to present evidence regarding Sonya Massey’s mental state and her history of violence.
