Plans have begun for a memorial monument at Chatham Community Park to honor the five youths killed when a vehicle crashed through the YNOT Outdoors center in Chatham in April.
Organizers said Blast Craft Service of Wisconsin agreed to provide the monument at their cost and Lincolnland Concrete of Springfield agreed to supply the concrete. Contributions are welcome at United Community Bank in Chatham
