Gas Prices in Illinois went up this past week according to GasBuddy.com the average price for a gallon of gas in Illinois now stands at $3.42 per gallon.
That is an increase of 7.4 cents from last week and 2.6 cents higher than a month ago. However, even with the increase the price of gas is still 53.2 cents lower than the same time last year.
