A 48-year-old Springfield man has been arrested for theft of more than 100-thousand dollars’ worth of tools and spooled wire from a Dirksen Parkway business in June.
Sangamon County Sheriff’s Office investigators arrested Nikolaus Stepniewski last week.
Investigators said security footage, license plate readers and cell phone data linked him to the burglaries.
