The Springfield Park Board held a special meeting on Wednesday that lasted all of 1 minute.
At the meeting which featured no discussion the Park Board approved an intergovernmental agreement that would transfer Robin Roberts Stadium back to city control.
The vote is part of a larger plan to eventually turn Robin Roberts Stadium’s control over to Springfield Lucky Horseshoes-backed Friends of Robin Roberts Stadium.
The next step in the process will take place at Tuesday’s Springfield City Council meeting.
