A family of five have been displaced by a house fire in Springfield on Tuesday.
The Springfield Fire Department responded to a fire in the 2000 block of E. Laurel at approximately 4:40 p.m. on Tuesday. The fire was in the kitchen and was extinguished by the department.
No injuries were reported, and the Red Cross is assisting the displaced family.
