Doors and windows at the Wyndham Springfield City Centre were boarded up over the weekend.
The 30-story, 300-room hotel has been closed since ruptured water pipes damaged the structure in March.

A restaurant and a Starbucks coffee shop operated at the site closed after the boards were put up.
