A Springfield man was arrested on Wednesday afternoon for allegedly following a female into a restroom and attacking her.
Police were called to the Walgreens on MacArthur Boulevard to a report of a man threatening the female with a knife and battering her after quickly following her into the restroom.
Police searched the area and arrested 35-year-old Malcom Hill. He was taken to the Sangamon County Jail.
