Investigators are looking for the cause of a house explosion on Friday on East Morton Avenue in Jacksonville.
Two people were rescued and taken to Jacksonville Memorial Hospital and later transferred to Springfield. Both were reported in stable condition.
Volunteers worked through the weekend helping with cleanup, salvaging personal belongings and rescuing two dogs and two cats.
