The City of Springfield is encouraging downtown seasonal cheer with the 2025 Holiday Planter Contest.
Residents, businesses and groups are invited to request a planter on a first-come, first-served basis.
Decorating of the planters is from November 15 through December 5th with judging from December 6 through 12.
Participation is free. Information is on the city website or through the Department of Public Works.
