The Illinois Farm Bureau has announced that the main dish for many a Thanksgiving dinner, turkey has dropped in price by 16% this year.
The current price for turkey is just over a dollar a pound.
According to the Farm Bureau, the price of other staples including stuffing and pie crusts have also gotten cheaper.
