Winter has arrived early in parts of the U.S., which has many people wanting to curl up into a ball, and set their alarm for . . . March.

In a survey, 67% of Americans say they wish they could hibernate like a bear through the ENTIRE winter.

That isn’t actually possible . . . without an experimental medical intervention.  But 86% of people would also be cool with just getting “as cozy as possible during the winter months.”

How do they do that?  People were given more than 20 options, and these were the 10 most popular ways people like to get cozy:

1.  Curling up on the couch

2.  Layers of blankets

3.  Enjoying the quiet

4.  Sleeping in

5.  Making fresh tea, coffee, or hot chocolate

6.  Not leaving the home

7.  Watching the cold, rainy, snowy weather outside

8.  Lighting candles

9.  Putting on relaxing music

10.  Spending time with family.

Since not everyone’s family time could be described as “cozy,” here’s the 11th most popular as a potential replacement:  “Putting on thick socks.”

Once people get cozy, it takes 48 minutes on average, for someone to “feel relaxed.”  And 76% say they get better sleep if they feel cozy beforehand.
