The man who discharged a firearm into the air outside the Qik N EZ at 1101 Stevenson Drive has been arrested.
Frank G. Symons was arrested on December 13th and charged with reckless discharge of a firearm.
Symons walked into the Qik N EZ displaying a handgun in the air in front of the business. Symons was then observed walking around the business heading northbound when he displayed the firearm again, shooting a single round into the air.
