Okay, ICE . . . you’ve REALLY done it now.  You got Bruce Springsteen so riled up that he wrote and recorded a protest song.

It’s called Streets of Minneapolis, and Bruce says, quote, “It’s dedicated to the people of Minneapolis, our innocent immigrant neighbors and in memory of Alex Pretti and Renée Good.  Stay free.”

In the song, Bruce refers to ICE agents as, quote, “federal thugs” and “King Trump’s private army from the DHS.”  And he accuses Stephen Miller and Kristi Noem of telling “dirty lies” about the deaths of Pretti and Good.

On a related note, Tom Morello will headline A Concert of Solidarity & Resistance to Defend Minnesota!  It goes down tomorrow at a local venue called First Avenue.

He’ll be joined by Rise AgainstIke Reilly, jazz fusion guitarist Al Di Meola, and a “very special guest.”
