Big things are happening on 92.7 WQLZ, and we’re pumped to finally share the news.
Beginning Monday, March 16th, Free Beer and Hot Wings make its return to Springfield mornings! You’ll be able to catch the full show every weekday from 4–9 AM, bringing their signature mix of comedy, commentary, and chaos to kick off your day.
But that’s not all—your weekends just got better, too. A Best of Free Beer and Hot Wings show will air Saturdays from 5–10 AM, giving you five extra hours of laughs to start your weekend right.
With the morning lineup shifting, we’re giving another familiar voice a new home on the dial:
- Ryan, our current morning host, is sliding into a new time slot as he takes over afternoon drive from 2–7 PM. This move not only brings him to your afternoon commute, but also (finally!) lets him sleep in. We’re calling it a win‑win.
Meanwhile, Lars—who currently holds down afternoons—will continue to bring his voice and vibe to Sundays from Noon–4 PM. Consider your Sunday soundtrack safe and intact.
