The Springfield Catholic Diocese expects more than 2,000 people in the capital city today for an Illinois Pro-Life March.

The diocese says the activities will involve mostly teens and young adults.

A Mass for Life begins the events at 10 am at Nelson Center, followed by a rally near the capitol near the Lincoln Statue at 1 o’clock and a march around the statehouse at 2 o’clock.
