The Village of Chatham hopes to be moving into a new municipal center by late summer or early fall of 2027.
The village broke ground on the new facility earlier this week.
The new municipal center will replace three current buildings.
The new municipal center will hold city administration offices, staff and utility billing.
The Chatham Police Department will also move into the facility, according to Police Chief Vernon Foli.
