‘Tis the season for joy and celebration … but also for mishaps. According to a survey, our most common Christmas disaster is burning the turkey earmarked for the dinner table. But our issues aren’t limited to the kitchen.
Some of the worst Christmas disasters include:
- Burning the turkey
- Forgetting to supply vegetarian/vegan alternatives for guests
- Not having enough plates to serve dinner to all guests
- Running out of wrapping paper
- Not having enough seating
- Not putting name tags on gifts and forgetting what is for who
- Christmas lights blowing a fuse
- Having to cook when hungover
- Arguments over politics at the dinner table
