Man arrested on weapon charges after argument with his girlfriend

A Springfield man was arrested for aggravated discharge of a firearm and unlawful use of a weapon after apparently shooting at his girlfriend Wednesday morning.The victim said Kordell Radcliffe, 32, of the 3100 block of Butler Street, pulled out a firearm after the two engaged in an argument around 8 a.m. inside a vehicle in the area of 16th and Reynolds streets.The victim exited the vehicle after he brandished the firearm.
