What's On Your Workout Playlist?

For many, music is a huge motivator when it comes to exercise.  (Some days it’s the only thing that keeps me going!)

Here’s one of my favorite 30-minute cycling playlists.  It’s got some old stuff, some new stuff, some rock, some pop, a little R&B, and even some country.  Enjoy!
