A father is in jail after an arm wrestling contest with his son led to shots being fired and an 8-hour standoff with the police.
55-year-old Curtis Zimmerman lost several times to his young son at arm wrestling. According to reports, a drunk and angry Zimmerman grabbed a gun and fired 2 shots in the house. The family members fled leaving him alone in the house.
Police arrived and Zimmerman refused to come out. This lead to an 8-hour standoff that thankfully ended without incident as Zimmerman was taken into custody.
