RED ALERT, RHONY FANS! Luann de Lesseps made a return appearance at the Palm Beach County jail yesterday for violating her probation.
Color me not shocked.
You perhaps recall her run-in with the law back in 2017 in which she shoved a police officer? Yea, that incident landed her with charges of battery, resisting arrest with violence, disorderly intoxication and corruption by threat. Yikes.
Following the arrest, she went to rehab (twice) while also *shockingly* pulling off a nationwide hit cabaret show. Welp, showbiz seems to be the catalyst that landed her in the clink this go-around, with two probation violations:
1. Failing a breathalyzer test (she claims to have had 2 mimosas during a performance in Chicago) and
2. Failing to attend the mandated two Alcoholics Anonymous meetings per week.
So, Palm Beach County subpoenaed her to court where she was taken in to custody (and later released). The judge also added new terms to her probation: weekly counseling, monthly meetings with a psychiatrist, medication to treat alcoholism and keeping a breathalyzer in her car.
