Best Temperature for Your Thermostat

By Michelle Mitchell Aug 22, 2019 | 10:46 AM

Energy Star released a new report saying that we should keep our thermostat are the following temperatures;

1.  78 degrees when you’re home.

2.  85 when you’re not home.

3.  82 at night.

At least for the best energy efficiency. Most people say they can’t do it. They’ll have to find other ways to save the planet. This also contradicts health expects who say cool temperatures are best for a good nights night. We’re talking being 60 to 67 degrees. Two extremes. I guess depending on the season, you could save some cash. So what’s it going to be?
